Production Capabilities
Kupava operates 5 new production lines for feminine hygiene products from leading global manufacturers — Japanese ZUIKO, W+D, and Italian GDM.
These 5 high-performance lines are designed for the production of:
- incontinence pads;
- postpartum pads;
- sanitary pads for menstrual use;
- panty liners.
The equipment features a combined sealing system, ensuring strong, comfortable, and reliable bonding of materials. Products can be made from cotton-based, breathable materials that provide maximum softness and skin comfort.
The absorbent core is produced using Airlaid and Inline Core Formation technologies, ensuring high absorbency, even liquid distribution, and a thin yet reliable structure.

Product Customization
Our flexible manufacturing enables full customization of every layer: clients can choose top sheets made of cotton, viscose, or bamboo, as well as different absorbent core options. A wide range of shapes and sizes is available — from panty liners (150–175 mm) to night pads (up to 320 mm).
Clients can also select embossing types, the presence of wings, and customized packaging options in polyethylene or paper packs, allowing the creation of a unique product tailored to any requirement.
